It's a dirty job, but someone has to do it.
Get someone who knows what they are doing,
someone with skill and experience,
and it's a beautiful thing to watch.
Fast, clean and no bones!
Get someone who has no idea what they are doing, and you will be left with
a stinking, bloody mess.
I guarantee you'll be spitting out bones at the fish fry.
What's all this got to do with selling your house?
Nothing really...
I just love this picture of my friend Carlos, cleaning the fish after a day of deep sea fishing.
If you don't want potential buyers walking away holding their nose...
hire the right professionals to clean, prepare, and market your house for sale.

Sharon.....wow....look at that meaty white fish.....that's beautiful....and you're right about getting someone who knows what they're doing.....there's nothing more irritating than having fish bones in your mouth.
Sharon: What a tasty sight! I love the sea gulls flying behind waiting for the scraps!
P.S. I used to live in Derry, N.H. and spent many summers on Hampton Beach. I miss it so much, what a beautiful place to live.
As someone who loves to fish, I leave it to the expert in the family (my sister) to do the fish cleaning. Sellers need to put their home, presumable their largest investment, in the homes of experts as well. Loved the photo!
Sharon again the background couldn't be more perfect, the gulls, the boat wake and of course the subject Carlos deftly cleaning the catch! Just a another GREAT photo!!!
LOL at your end line...no nose holding on Sharon's stagings that a sure bet :~)
Sharon, I think you can draw an analogy with cleaning fish and selling houses , when the pros do it both turn out to be a much better end result.
Sharon, Hmmm, there's something fishy going on here... Great analogy! And gorgeous photo. When staging a home, a client has to call in a pro, like you, Sharon. Otherwise, they could end up choking on a fish bone(?) - well, you know what I mean.
Sharon, I think Sally is right ;).
That fish looks great! Yum!
Skill and experience go miles in fish cleaning or house selling either one. Your photo is awesome - the gulls wheeling around behind the boat are perfect - I can almost hear them!!
I got the analogy................you wrote the damn thing, why didn't you? LOL.
Sharon, I love your photo too. Sure wish I had an invitation to THAT fish fry!
Barbara: The fish is beautiful! As for the bones...once I find one, I'm done.
Valerie: The birds are my favorite part of the picture! I enjoy living on the Seacoast and would miss the area if I ever left. I can't imagine moving away, but you never know what the future holds.
Marie: Smart woman! Nice to have a sister who cleans fish!
Cynthia: Thank you! You always have such enthusiastic comments! They aren't holding their nose when I leave, but I have had to hold my nose upon arrival before, LOL!
Steve: You put it perfectly!
Sally: You made me laugh, thanks!
Janice: We still have some in our freezer.
Nancy: Thank you, my husband took the picture. I love it too!
Roger: Sometimes I hurt myself when I write these posts...I strain my brain a little too much...they just don't come easy like they do for you!
Janna: Carlos did a wonderful job and there were no bones in our fish! Delish!
Nothing comes easy for me my friend...............sorry you hurt your brain.
Sharon- That is a great shot. Did you take it?
One day when I'm up visiting my in laws in RI, I'll get to New Hampshire.
Scott: Thank you, my husband took it. New Hampshire is beautiful, I hope you do visit some day.
Hi, Sharon. WONDERFUL picture! Better to clean the fish while you're still at sea and can easily discard the.....um...parts you don't want than to have to do it once you get home. Carlos is my kinda guy!
Leslie: Carlos is a great guy! He does one hell of a job cleaning fish too!
Sharon
It may be a dirty job, but there nothing better then fresh fish.
Good luck and success.
Lou Ludwig
Lou: That's for sure! The fresher the better!
