And enjoying (I think!) every messy bite!!

Posted by Nancy Conner - Olympia/Thurston County WA (Managing Broker - City Realty Inc) about 1 month ago

Hi Sharon!

Oh my!! LOL ~ This is such a great picture! That is a LOT of cake for such a little guy! First birthday cakes are always the best with the little ones. Watching them dig through frosting is priceless. Thanks for sharing such a fun photo. :-)

What a cute photo Sharon! I definitely think at this age playing with the cake is far more fun than eating it. My nephew Kicen just turned 1 today....I can't wait to see the mess he makes at his party next week!

I want to come and play at your house.  It looks like a lot of fun!!!!!

So glad kids are washable, huh?!

Nancy:  He enjoyed the frosting, not sure he even got any cake.

Lisa:  It was so hot that the frosting was drying on him...it was pretty nasty.

Danielle:  Happy Birthday to Kicen!  Hope he has a fun party.

Kathy:  No, I don't think so...not my house!  This was at his house.  This kind of mess is not happening at Neena's house.

Sharon:  He really didn't have such a great day...he had been sick with a fever and was pretty fussy.  Poor little guy.

Chris:  Thank God!

Wow I would never have guessed that was cake!  Very smart to have had that meal outside-what a great picture!

Sharon,

Since he's outside you can just hose him down when he's done. I think he'll need it.

Oh my goodness! Someone got very sticky! Did he mind? My daughter did that when she was little, but then immediately pitched a fit over the stickiness. LOL.

Sharon, Oh my goodness. I recall a similar photo when my son was that age. I like all the colors … he looks good wearing them!

Priceless Sharon.............great photo!

Sharon, how sweet is that!  The best part about having it outside in the summer is you can hose him off.

Richard:  Great idea, too bad we didn't think of that!  His mother took the boring route and put him in the kitchen sink.

Lou:  "looks good in cake"  -  I love it!

Troy:  He may be little, but his appetite is large!

Lisa:  He didn't seem to mind.  He was so sticky!

Kathleen:  It was a very colorful cake!  He wore it well!

Juli:  I agree, but that expression is really just exhaustion!

Roger:  Thank you...I wish he had been smiling, though!

Diane:  That would have been fun, but he ended up in the sink instead.

Posted by Sharon Tara New Hampshire Home Stager (Sharon Tara Transformations) about 1 month ago

Hi, Sharon. Great Picture; GREAT title! Good thing his birthday isn't in the middle of winter; you'd probably have made him eat his cake half naked, anticipating a mess just such as this! LOL.

Leslie:  Why thank you!  If he were at my house, you are right!
