How lovely, we had a 'snow' in Louisiana last Friday night as well..... funny how we were all so excited to see snow flurries fall, even if they melted when they hit the ground!! Enjoy!

Sharon - I don't remember a November ever being so warm. I have barely worn a winter coat this year. We are now getting rain, but it was pretty while it lasted... now we have slush! :-(

Jared and Amanda:  It was 70 degrees last Thursday and this picture was taken on Sunday morning.  Good old New England!

Karin:  I'm sure it was very exciting to see snow in Louisiana!  It can get old here!

Debi:  Thank you!  Coming from you that is quite the compliment!

Judy:  It was very warm for November.  My parents visited for two weeks from Florida and they were very happy not to see any typical November weather!  It doesn't appear to be the "snow day" they were predicting for today.  We are getting all rain.  (This pic was taken last Sunday)

Beautiful.  I love winter scenes.  That one made me think of the quiet that follows a big snowfall, you can hear the slightest sounds that normally get drowned out by everything else

Mike:  I know exactly what you are talking about...it's a beautiful silence!  We were supposed to get a big storm today and all we got was very wet, so most of the white stuff is gone now.

Leslie:  Thanks!

Charles:  Merry Christmas right back at ya!

Beautiful photo Sharon.  I think we are all getting hammered.  It has been snowing here since last night.  Winter has arrived in full force!

Debra:  All we got today was rain!  The snow ended up missing us.

Sharon this is life in New England never boring and as the old saying goes if you don't like the weather wait a minute. Snowed all day here and go no rain...the ski resorts are smiling.

Sharon you lucked out we had 6 inches in Nashua and now freezing rain.  I am glad we had help with the shoveling and plowing of the driveway.

Steve:  Sounds like you got just what your area needed!  I think all the snow, well not all, but most of the snow, should go to your neck of the woods this Winter.  I will offer up my share to the ski Gods.

Rita:  I heard Nashua got hit hard...Jaime got hit hard in Rochester too.  It is strange how different the weather can be just 30 minutes away!

Lou:  I enjoy a dusting like this, just enough to make everything pretty.  Much more than this, too often, and I get cranky!  But, I am a fan of a white Christmas.

I hate to admit it but I do miss the snow this time of year now and then.  I can see it on the mountains surrounding us.  We have had tons of rain this week, not the same.  I hope you have a great holiday!

Ana:  I hope you have a great holiday too, even if it is not a white Christmas!
